Locks of Love – Hair by Claire is a private hair studio at 1st Floor, Mirren Court 3, 123 Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4EA. This is a small local salon, not a large company, so there's no legal team behind this page, just Claire explaining plainly what happens with your information. What This Website Collects

This site has no contact form and no account system, so there's nothing to sign up for and nothing you're asked to type in. What it does use is Google Analytics (GA4), which counts visits and shows which pages people read most. That works through cookies, small files stored in your browser, and it gives Claire anonymous usage patterns rather than names or personal details. She can see that the balayage page got more views last week, not who looked at it. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so your browser also requests those files from Google's servers when the page loads.

Booking Through Fresha

Booking runs through Fresha, a separate platform Claire uses to manage her diary; it isn't part of this website. Whatever you enter when you book, your name, contact details, and card details, is handled by Fresha under its own privacy policy. Card details never touch this website or land in Claire's inbox. Fresha takes the payment on its own systems, so all Claire sees is your appointment, not your card number.

Facebook and Instagram

Locks of Love also has Facebook and Instagram pages, linked in the footer of this site. Once you click through to either one, you're on Meta's platforms and covered by their privacy policies, not this one.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask what information Locks of Love holds about you, and you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email or call using the details above and Claire will deal with it herself; there's no call centre to go through. If you're ever unhappy with how a request has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
