Why One-to-One Hairdressing Makes All the Difference

Before I opened Locks of Love, I spent over a decade working in busy high-street salons. I enjoyed the work - I've always loved hairdressing - but there was one thing that never sat right with me. I was constantly splitting my attention between two, sometimes three clients at once. One in the chair, one under the dryer, one waiting.
